This privacy policy explains how TeenyBill ("the App"), developed by Teenysofts, MB, handles your information. We believe in transparency and keeping things simple.

Who We Are

TeenyBill is developed and operated by Teenysofts, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 306726046). As an EU-based company, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What Data We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive the following information from your Google account:

• Email address - to identify your account
• Name - to personalize the app
• Profile photo - to display in the app interface

We also access your Google Drive using the following permissions (scopes):

• drive.file - to create and manage invoice files that TeenyBill creates in your Google Drive
• drive.appdata - to store your app settings (like preferences and templates) in a hidden app-specific folder on your Drive

How Your Data Is Stored

TeenyBill does not have its own servers or databases. All your data is stored in your own Google Drive account:

• Invoices are saved as files in your Google Drive
• App settings are saved in your Google Drive's appDataFolder (a private, app-specific storage area)

This means you have full control over your data at all times. We never store your invoices, client information, or personal data on our servers.

How Your Data Is Used

Your Google account information is used solely to:

• Authenticate you within the app
• Display your name and photo in the app interface
• Access your Google Drive to save and retrieve your invoices and settings

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties.

Third-Party Services

TeenyBill uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In - for authentication. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Drive API - for storing your invoices and settings. Google's terms of service apply: developers.google.com/terms

We do not use any advertising services or sell data to advertisers.

Analytics

TeenyBill does not currently collect any analytics or usage data. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored in your own Google Drive, it remains there until you delete it. We do not retain any copies of your data.

Your Rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access - your data is always accessible in your own Google Drive
• Right to rectification - you can edit your invoices and settings at any time
• Right to erasure - you can delete your invoices from Google Drive at any time. To remove app data, revoke TeenyBill's access in your Google Account permissions
• Right to data portability - your data is already in your Google Drive in standard file formats
• Right to withdraw consent - you can revoke Google Sign-In access at any time through your Google Account settings

How to Delete Your Data

To delete all data associated with TeenyBill:

• Delete your invoice files from Google Drive
• Revoke TeenyBill's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions (this also deletes the appDataFolder contents)
• Uninstall the app from your device

Children's Privacy

TeenyBill is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
